These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the Now Score mobile application for iOS and Android and any related services (together, the "App" or "Service"), operated by Bluemind LTD ("Now Score", "we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Some features may require an account. If you create one, you agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• keep your login credentials confidential; and
• be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. The Service we provide

Now Score provides live scores, fixtures, results, statistics, standings, news, and related sports content across various competitions and sports.

The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we work to keep scores and data accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party data feeds and cannot guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or delivered without delay. You should not rely on the App as the sole or official source of scores or results — for example, for betting, wagering, or other decisions with financial or legal consequences.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features of the App at any time without notice.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the relevant app store rules.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, harvest, or extract data from the App;
• use the App in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or that infringes the rights of others;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its servers;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its own content — including software, the "Now Score" name and brand, original graphics, layouts, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App or its content other than the limited licence in Section 4.

6. No affiliation; identification and information purposes only

Now Score is an independent, unofficial information service. It exists solely to identify matches, teams, and competitions and to inform users of publicly available scores, fixtures, and results.

Certain sports data, team names, competition names, logos, crests, trademarks, and related materials displayed in the App may be supplied by licensed third-party providers or used solely for identification and informational purposes. All rights remain with their respective owners.

The display of team names, competition names, logos, crests, and trademarks is solely for identification, reference, commentary, and informational purposes. No sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or ownership is claimed or implied.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No affiliation or endorsement. Now Score and Bluemind LTD are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to any sports league, federation, association, club, competition, event organiser, broadcaster, player, or governing body. No such relationship is implied by anything in the App.
• Third-party names, logos, and trademarks. Team names, league and competition names, club crests, logos, emblems, kit designs, and other marks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. They are used only for the purpose of identifying and describing the relevant match, team, or competition (nominative/descriptive use), and not to suggest any official status, partnership, or approval. Such marks are not owned by, and no rights over them are claimed by, Now Score or Bluemind LTD.
• Licensed third-party data. Scores, fixtures, statistics, standings, images, and related data may be licensed from third-party sports data providers (including, among others, API-FOOTBALL). We do not own this data, we do not represent it as official, and we make no claim of any commercial or publication rights over it beyond what is permitted by our data providers and the relevant rights holders.
• Restrictions on data use. Sports data displayed in the App may be licensed from third-party data providers. You may not copy, scrape, extract, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit such data, in whole or in part, by any means.
• No official or authoritative source. The App must not be treated as an official, authoritative, or real-time-accurate source. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify against an official source before relying on any information.
• Removal on request. If a rights holder objects to the display of any name, mark, image, or data, we may remove or modify the relevant content at any time without notice and without liability to you.

7. Intellectual property complaints

If you are a trademark owner, copyright owner, or authorised representative and believe that content displayed in the App infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected].

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may investigate and remove, disable, or modify the relevant content at our discretion. We aim to respond promptly and to resolve legitimate complaints in good faith.

8. Third-party content, links, and advertising

The App may display content, links, or advertising from third parties, including data providers, broadcasters, news publishers, and advertisers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The inclusion of any link or advertisement does not imply our endorsement.

9. Notifications

If you enable push notifications, you consent to receiving alerts about matches, scores, and content you follow. You can disable notifications at any time through the App or your device settings.

10. App stores

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Now Score, not with Apple or Google. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.

For iOS users: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and any warranty, product claim, or legal claim relating to the App is our responsibility, not Apple's, to the extent required by Apple's rules.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that we may process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that scores and data will always be accurate, timely, or complete.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, employees, and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

In particular, we are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on scores, results, or data displayed in the App, including in connection with betting or gambling.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, inaccuracies, outages, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet failures, telecommunications outages, cyber attacks, third-party service interruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Now Score and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri) will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings locally.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

19. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
