This Privacy Policy explains how Bluemind LTD ("Now Score", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Now Score mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App") and any related services (together, the "Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to the Now Score App available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and to all features within it, including live scores, fixtures, results, statistics, news, notifications, and favourites.

Now Score is an independent information service provided for identification and informational purposes only. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any sports league, federation, club, or competition, and sports data and images are obtained from third-party providers.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, broadcasters, news sources, or advertisers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

3. The personal data we collect

We aim to collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide the Service. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following:

If you enable notifications, we use your device's push token to deliver alerts about matches, goals, and results for the teams and competitions you follow. You can turn notifications off at any time in the App settings or in your device's operating system settings.

The App and any associated web content may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. Where required by law, we request your consent before using non-essential technologies, and you can manage your choices through the in-app consent settings.
